We have a new preprint, Building computational benchmarks: an Omnibenchmark reimplementation of a single-cell preprocessing pipeline evaluation, led by Atreya, out on bioRxiv. We reimplement a single-cell RNA-seq preprocessing pipeline benchmark as a showcase of Omnibenchmark.
