We have a new preprint, Benchmarking long-read RNA-seq across modalities, methods, and sequencing depth in iNeurons, joint work with Gianfranco, out on bioRxiv. We sequenced a Fragile X case-control dataset to benchmark bulk- and single-cell long-read RNA-seq methods and technologies.
